Our "quasi-Seder" as Punk called it. The kids really enjoyed this hands-on lesson about Passover, and they both were brave enough to try the horseradish! We checked out a couple of library books: Passover (A True Book) by Nancy Sanders told us what to put on the Seder plate (aka, deviled egg plate) and The Matzo Ball Boy by Lisa Shulman was a fun Jewish take on The Gingerbread Man.
